Welcome to a new and exciting school year at River’s Edge Montessori School at Franklin.   I hope you have had a wonderful summer break and are looking forward with enthusiasm to the 2011/2012 school year.
     At River’s Edge Montessori School we are committed to educating the whole child and supporting his/her natural development.  In doing so, your child will continue to develop their creativity, problem solving, and time-management skills through our vigorous  Montessori curriculum including Art, Music, Physical Education, and Instrumental Music.
     We, at River’s Edge Montessori School, realize the importance of developing within each child an attitude of self-respect, self-worth, and inner peace.  In the words of Maria Montessori, “What matters is not physics, or botany, or the works of the hand, but the will and the components of the human spirit which construct themselves through work.”  It is our goal each day to provide opportunities for your child to grow as an individual and work to his/her fullest potential.
