OGT Boot Camp Strengthens Skills

In March, Belmont sophomores will attend the third annual OGT Boot Camp. This is a culminating event that follows a month-long tutoring spree. Students earn a spot by attending at least two tutoring sessions after school. This event will be held at the Lohrey Recreation Center. Upon arrival students will particpate in stations. These stations are focused on engaging students in an entertaining review of math, English, science, social studies, and study skills. For each question students are able to correctly answer, they will earn tickets. Tickets are redeemable for snacks and activities such as basketball, dancing, and corn hole. These efforts have increased OGT attendance to an all time high.
