Fairview PreK-8 is one of 26 buildings that are part of the school construction program, and an integral part of the Phoenix Project, a joint collaboration seeking to revitalize the surrounding community. In addition, Fairview is one of 11 new buildings on track to earn LEED Gold certification for environmental awareness in construction.
Three Dayton Public Schools bands will join the downtown holiday festivities as they march in the 2003 Dayton Children’s Parade on Sunday (Nov. 30). The Dunbar Wolverines Marching Band, Colonel White Cougars Marching Band, and Meadowdale Lions Drum Line will begin performing at 2 p.m.
