
Register for comprehensive preschool program

The Dayton Public Schools State ECE Preschool program (formerly Public School Preschool) is a state-funded, full-day comprehensive preschool program. The program will be operated by the Miami Valley Child Development Centers, Inc. (MVCDC).
The program is free to those families who meet the income guidelines. Tuition is charged to those families who exceed the income guidelines. To register, or for more information, call the MVCDC preschool program office at 542-4822.
The program serves children three and four years of age and children who will be five years old after Sept 30, 2012. The program will be in operation in the following locations during the 2012-2013 school year: Jackson Preschool Academy, 329 Abbey Ave.; Kings Highway Preschool Center, 3805 Kings Hwy.; and Twin Towers Preschool Center, 517 Noel Court. Each site will operate one ECE Preschool classroom.
Ongoing registration will be held at each location. Please call 542-4822 for an appointment. Miami Valley Child Development Centers, Inc. offers full-day classes five days a week (Monday through Friday).
Parents must bring the following information when registering:
Proof of child’s age or birth date
Proof of medical and dental examinations
Immunization records
Proof of custody or guardianship
Information on health insurance or TANF
Proof of address
Proof of income
