Duplicate Diploma Requests
Students who have graduated from Dayton Public Schools may request a duplicate diploma and/or diploma cover. The cost ranges from $21-$26. From the time the Student Assignment Office receives your request, it will take 6-8 weeks to receive your diploma. Please follow the instructions on the Duplicate Diploma Request form to begin the process for ordering a duplicate diploma.
